Wedding
1. Sanctuary Wedding (includes Minister, Wedding Coordinator, Accompanist, Bride's Room, and Custodial Support.........$1,000.00*
2. Chapel Wedding (includes Minister, Wedding Coordinator, Accompanist, and Bride's Room)...................................................$750.00*
3. Small Chapel Wedding-up to 10 guests-(includes Minister, Wedding Coordinator, and Bride's Room......................................$450.00*
4. Private Wedding-Bride, Groom, and two witnesses Only (Minister only).....$350.00*
5. Social Hall for Reception (maximum occupancy 125)......$400.00 ( 5 hour limit-after 5 hours, additional fee of $95.00 for each additional hour)
All Social Hall events must be be complete by 11:00 p.m.
All catering services must be arranged by the Bride and Groom, and approved by the Wedding Coordinator, preferably 90 days prior to the wedding (not less than 30 days prior). A binder of liability insurance is required from the caterer.
*Additional charge of $200.00 for Sunday events.
Rehearsal
1. Facility-1 hour................................. $100.00
2. Organist/Pianist-1 hour............... $50.00
Payment
1. A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is required to reserve the wedding date and time for Sanctuary or Chapel weddings.
2. Payment (to Little White Chapel) of the balance for the use of the facility and personnel is required no later than 2 weeks prior to the wedding date.
3. All payments are to be made in the form of a check written to: Little White Chapel.
Facility Rules
1. No alcohol or drugs of any kind are permitted on the premises of Little White Chapel.
The event may be terminated and no funds returned if this policy is not honored.
2. No cooking is permitted in the church kitchen.
3. To respect our residential neighbors, all events must end by 11:00 p.m.
4. Rice, confetti, birdseed, and similar materials may not be used inside the church facilities. Birdseed is permitted outside the buildings.
5. Staples, scotch tape, masking tape, adhesives, etc. may not be used on the pews or other church furnishings.
6. Fees include one hour for setup before the wedding and one hour for clean up following the wedding. All clean up must be completed within one hour after the event.
